Subject: Final Warning: Defective Mobile Motherboard – 7-Day Deadline Before Legal Action
Dear [ASUS/ Customer Support Team],
I am writing to inform you that my mobile device (Serial number: M9AIGF003500H57)has a defective motherboard issue, which remains unresolved despite previous complaints.
This is my final notice. If the defective motherboard is not replaced or repaired within the next 7 days, I will have no option but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act for selling a defective product and failing to provide adequate service.
Please treat this as an official warning.
I expect a written confirmation and resolution at the earliest.
Sincerely,
[Venkatesh Koli]

Hello,
I understand your frustration regarding the defective motherboard. Here’s how you can proceed effectively:
Gather Documents – Keep your invoice, warranty, and any past complaint references ready.
Contact Support Again – Reach out to ASUS official support with full details. This increases the chance of a fast resolution.
Escalate If Needed – If there’s no response, tag them politely on social media or file a complaint through the Consumer Court or relevant portal.
Let me know if you need help drafting a formal complaint. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.
Best regards,
