The charge limit is activated and the limit percentage is set at 80% but the phone continue to charge, is it normal? Thank you

As for OP, no it's not normal, it should stop at 80%

I actually had one time went to 81, although should stop at 80. Most of time did stop at 80
I figure it may be bec I was switching back and forth between game and non gaming app, when game genie loads for game there is that one tiny moment charging policy switch to game genie and result in tiny charging
Not sure that's my guess.

+/- 1-2% is normal imo
Scheduled charging too stops phone at 81% iirc
