Bugs rog phone 8

AnanWildan

I am disappointed with the rog phone 8, a week after I bought it, it was safe and there were no problems, then in January there was a firmware update, after the update there was a random restart bug and it was very uncomfortable, especially when I was playing games, then there was an update in March, I thought the problem would be solved after the firmware update, it turned out that the problem got worse, sometimes the screen couldn't be touched, it suddenly restarted 10 times every 5 minutes, and during the restart my phone felt hot to a temperature of 46 ° which was originally only 38-43 °, and the effect of the many restarts and shutdowns I felt that my phone's battery was running out easily, which initially only used 3-5% for 1 game now it's 6-8% per game even though I don't use x mode, please help me, the latest firmware has lots of bugs, I am very disappointed with this, my gaming experience is very bad, it's better to buy a 3 million rupiah phone that is safe from bugs than 10 million which promises to provide a good gaming experience but is disappointing, not recommended, now my problem has not been resolved.

I think it's the issues in the hardware.

Or you should backup your phone and do a factory reset.

Because I don't have a restarting problem with the recent software, and I'm sure there's an error on your software or the motherboard is almost dead.

Because my phone also had a shutdown issues(and restarting twice)at the end of the last year and my phone's motherboard suddenly dead at start of this year and I lost almost all of my datas...

If it's a hardware problem you should backup your phone before you lost all of your datas on phoen like me..

So first back up your phone and  try a factory reset and if it doesn't work's you should send your phone to RMA and don't delete the backup of your phone. (usually your data on your phone will be deleted after the repair)

If it's problem with the motherboard, changing the motherboard is covered by warranty .

Thank you for your help, I have reset my phone to factory settings 2 times but the problem reappeared a few days after the reset, maybe I will try to coordinate with the Asus service center in my area to help with this problem, because I am annoyed if I have to continuously reset my phone to factory settings. Sometimes the signal also disappears by itself, I don't know the cause.

If the issue doesn't solved with the factory reset, I'm sure that's a hardware issue.

Your phone's motherboard must be dying.(backup your phone on usb, hard drive or PC)

When you request the RMA, write also for the signal problem.

Hello @AnanWildan

What you are mentioning is not normal, as recommended by other users here I strongly advice you to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center.
