WiFi not turning on after recent update

Thanks Irene for the prompt response. Since my phone was just out of warranty, I got my wifi issue fixed at one of the local phone repair center (Hitec Mobile Singapore) within few hours.

Do you know what the issue was? I have the same issue after the latest security update for my zenfone 5z.

Seems like not only ROG phone has the wifi issue.
It's a software problem, I managed to turn it on in safe mode. Then the problem stayed after I did a factory reset. But if your phone still under warranty, I think it's good to send it to service center.
