Brightness for gaming and Volume issues

Hi all. I'm using Rog 9 pro. After the recent updates, there are few issues surfaced.

 

1) Brightness for gaming keeps increase and decrease by itself. I have not on the adaptive brightness and in the game, the brightness is selected as lock. 

2)  I'm using my iPod earpiece which was working fine with the volume. However after the update, the max volume somehow is way softer.

Hi,

I think I can help with item 1).

There are 2 brightness settings. One for game genie and one for all other apps. When you launch an app that game genie supports, open game genie by swiping from the top left or right corner. In the CPU section, swipe to the functions to the side to reveal more functions that nobody told you about. One of them is "Lock brightness", which is activated by default. Deactivate it and the games will use the global brightness setting.
