ROG PHONE 3 CALCULATOR ISSUE

I am facing this issue with the inbuilt calculator as well as plat store installed calculator
I have already tried of clear storage and cache of inbuilt calculator but the problem still persist
I first notice this issue on inbuilt calculator then i decided to download new calculator app from play store but still the problem persist
Please help me out. Other than formating my phone.

Let me get this clear. The problem is that the window shows every operator as a plus sign?
