Issue: My ROG 3 is dead and not charging
What happened: I left it plugged charging overnight and when i wake up it's dead. I can't remember if it charged the whole night since the usb is not plugged well.
Troubleshooting: `
1. tried on bottom and left ports using my existing replacement charger and cable
2. plugged to other outlet and used the existing cable to charge from my laptop but no signs of charging
3. i tried the existing replacement power brick and cable to other device and it works fine.
4. tried to hold the power and volume up and power volume down for some time but no signs of life.
5. lastly i left it charging for 30 minutes but still no signs of life.
was it a battery issue or motherboard? i'm afraid to have it repaired due to some important files on my phone also for them to reap my wallet for expensive repair cost.
