August 15 2024 my ROG phone 5 Tencent edition battery was dead because I wanted to ship it home when I needed it again I plugged it up to the charger I've been doing so the charging Circle T and when it was at 6% I tried activating the phone Only for it to open up To a flash ram dumb Any green writing what went wrong and where do I get it fixed
