Queries regarding volte services not answered

Why is Asus turning a blind eye towards questions regarding volte services and not coming up with an answer. This is a major issue and needs to be responded by the team.
I have earlier posted one question and one discussion but none of them were answered.
I want to know why I am unable to connect to mobile data while I am on call when this device supports 4g Lte
