I also tried to enter the "Google Framework Services Android ID" in this link, but it gives the error "This ID is already registered.":

There is no root, the loader is blocked!
This wasn't the case before, it appeared with a recent Google Play update.
I tried to write to Google support, but in the end I was advised to contact the smartphone manufacturer.
