Mobile data turns off when on call even on volte settings

Hi, I have been facing issues with my new rog phone 3. Everytime I restart my phone it does not connect to mobile data automatically and i have to restart phone 3-5 times which is not a pleasant experience. Mobile even has hard time detecting network when i restart it. And everytime I receive calls the mobile data turns off and once I am done with call it turns back on. Initially I thought it was a problem with my network provider, I tried swapping sims to see if this is a problem with my current sim or network provider but it is not. Volte services are working fine on my dad's realme pro 2 than on this phone.

The whole experience of this is leaving at a regret of buying this phone.

I am evem facing issues while playing bgmi but that will go on a separate thread.

Update: I just updated to the latest .185 and there was no network. I am forced to use the sim slot 2.
