SaifuddinThis is how it is with codecs. You can't force it. Is it really a bug? Can you try with a hd Bluetooth device which supports those codecs, try enabling them from Bluetooth settings itself.Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:

Developer option is having bugs check out the video , i tried few restarts and disabling-enabling developer options but nothing is working
Sometimes settings do change but as soon as i close the developer option screen and come back to it setting go back to default
