Device is not Certified

If You go to Google Play --> Profile --> Settings --> About--> Device Certification.

It shows device not certified. Does it mean Asus has forcefully removed the certification and forcing users to go for new mobile?

Latest Update : Service Centre asked me to visit there so that they can fix it. They did tremendous job by making my phone Motherboard dead. Not sure what will happen next. I don't know what to do as the phone was out of warranty.
