Have you tried a factory reset? Its a weird bug that happens when the proximity sensor glitches.

I faced this issue like 4th time..what I observed this happened when I am outside of home and received a call..the screen immediately goes black
. At first time some HW issue but I saw this post 🙏😅

Asus team just give the final update then I will move to custom rom or factory reset. It is really sad to see despite paying hefty 50k for this device we are getting only 2 years of updates!
