CravenSome cases are a little faulty compared to other ones . You will have to take it to the service centre and show it. They will replace it for you . If you still have it in your return / replacement period try that as wellAfter a month of using the phone, i decided to finally use the stock case for better grip when gaming and I just realized that the case covers up the tiny aerodynamic system vent. Is this on purpose? The side cutout doesn't even fit the see-through aerodynamic heatsink design properly and it covers up the "Aerodynamic" word.
Aero Case covering up the vent.

CravenMine is the normal one which has a gap for the vent like the ones which are in the videos but someone earlier had reported the same issue . So few cases may be faultyhttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/123545#Comment_123545

John pMine isn't faulty. It's just terribly designed and somehow, someone from the ROG team approved it.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/123570#Comment_123570
