Zenwifi XT8 HW1.0 LAN port not working (failed to assign IP)

Hi all, i am having problem with my #Zenwifi T8# HW1.0 router. All of sudden, all my LAN port not working. In my windows, it showed PCs failed to obtain IP address in LAN connection. Wifi works fine, no issue at all. I have 2 Zenwifi T8s. Tried swap both units around, tried hard reset, try downgrade to earlier version of Firmware. But nothing works.

Please anyone can help? below is part of the systemlog i capture from the modem itself

I am currently on firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 after downgrading.

Was using firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.23012 for about 2 weeks before encountering such issue.
