Why is my computer freezing after I used DOCP

I tried using DOCP for my ram which is two sticks of ddr4 ballistix sport 4gb sticks and as soon as I used the setting in bios my system will freeze once windows starts. I'm not really sure what happened and I'm in the process of switching sticks to see if one of them died.
