Detailed description:With my new ASUS router purchase I received a 'VIP member warranty notice' from ASUS requesting me to register on the ASUS website (which I did, along with the product). However, when trying to register for a 'service package/warranty' on the website, it asks for a 'Contract code from VIP card' and a 'Password from VIP card'. Inside the warranty notice are two pasted barcode stickers with both the serial number of the router and a 4 digit code called 'V/N'.
Does anyone know how to register this warranty? It's very confusing.
