unable to install drivers

I just bought a new monitor and went and downloaded the drivers, but upon unzipping the folder there is no exe to open and to download and install the driver. The monitor is Tuf gaming VG27AQL1A. I wanted to install the drivers because the monitor keeps flickering on and off at random times. I figured the driver might fix this. I have not changed any settings on the monitor and just left it at defaults.
