Detailed description：I was fast charging my phone by connecting the charging cable to the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port. The Thunderbolt 4 port does not work. It's already the latest BIOS, and all update driver and windows are done.
There is no response when I connect another cable or device.

I would recommend you to replace the cable and test again.
