TUF Gaming A15, Model FA507RC, Has No display

Hi, TUF Gaming A15 has no display on the built-in screen nor an external monitor connected with HDMI.

Can power off, but when I power on, the keyboard lights come on, but nothing else happens.

Tried switching displays with F9 key & getting into BIOS after reboot - no luck. Never see the ASUS logo on reboot. LEDS do flash on reboot.

Any suggestions?

According to your description, there should be a problem with the screen itself.
I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.
