Battery or AC: both
Model: ProArt StudioBook W700G3T-XH99
Frequency of occurrence: always
Reset OS:
Screenshot or video:
System: win 10 ProS
========================
Detailed description:I updated the BIOS to verison 311. That seems to have resolved the webcam screen flicker issue, but the touch pad is still not working properly. It is not consistent switching from numeric to touch. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Yes, the driver is 12.0.0.32.
I downloaded and reinstalled it.

Blake,
Good news and good luck. Windows just ran another update and the touchpad seems to be working consistently. (Yes, I did check for Windows updates when this issue started.)
Although I am somewhat hesitant, I think we can close this ticket and I'll reopen if it stops working again.
Thanks!

Hello msteinles,
Sure.
May I have the Windows update record to see what have been recently updated so I can add to my report to technical support?
Thank you so much.
