ROG Strix Go 2.4 on ROG Strix Scar detected as Avnera B_Headset in Armoury Crate

Detailed description：
It was working before when I initially got the unit work for like 2 - 3 days. I have not used it for a day now when I try to switch to my headset (rog strix go 2.4, this is the wireless version) it doesnt show up. I checked the armoury crate it shows b_headset.
I tried to unplug and plug the dongle same as the usb it shows as avnera.
I tried downloading update as show from above but after the update and restart my laptop it goes back to that screen.
Any ideas?

May I have the Armoury Crate Service version?
Also, please kindly go to Armoury Crate>Setting>About>Create log
and provide the log that it generates.
