Touch pad not working

Detailed description：I updated the BIOS to verison 311. That seems to have resolved the webcam screen flicker issue, but the touch pad is still not working properly. It is not consistent switching from numeric to touch. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

May you double check if your ASUS Numberpad Driver version is V12.0.0.32?
If so, may you record a short video of the issue?

May you double check and update the numpad driver V12.0.0.32?
