Hello, I bought a secondhand ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603HE about a year ago and never tried to register it until today, and I received a notice saying the serial number was already registered. Please let me know how I can register this product, thank you so much!

Hey @Falcon I need the same help. It says the device is already registered and the previous owner does not even remember registering it. I wish to buy extended warranty before the 1 year ends and I am running out of time on this. The device is a laptop - X515JA
