Received new G14 with dead pixels on screen

Detailed description：waited 2 weeks for the Zephryus G14 to arrive and it arrives with a cashew sized black spot on the screen. In a matter of hours its doubled in size.
How can Asus miss a manufacturing defect like this? Anyone had this problem with a newly purchased laptop? Did Asus handle the issue appropriately with regards to a warranty? Thank you.

This is not a dead pixel , very like to be a broken panel, but not sure caused by a drop, hit or something else.
Please kindly provide SN in the PM I send you,
and you may decide to ask for replacement to the seller
or send to our official service center together with your evidence of purchase.
