RAM on Z170-P motherboard

Hello,
i both 2 new RAM memories " Patriot Memory SL Premium 32 GB (16 GB x 2) DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 (PSP432G3200KH1) " and wanted to upgrade mine PC to RAM memory 32 GB. Before that i had 2x8=16GB memory. After i exchanged the memory cards i couldn't boot mine PC (windows 7). I updated bios motherboard to the newest version 3805 (Z170-P-ASUS-3805.CAP), but with the new RAM memory i couldn't boot mini PC again, so i returned the old ram memories that i had when i bought the computer.
Can you please help me to solve the problem.

I think the problem here is simply that the ram you bought is simply way to slow to work with your previous and much faster ram.
