Ram is running lower in dual channel

Detailed description：

So finally I upgraded the 8gb from factory to 24 ram with a XPG Hunter DDR4 3200 16gb. Everything works really fine but the system rums dual channel at 2667 besides the 3200 it should. What should I do? Can somebody tell me?

Seems like entering at the bio doesn't work since asus don't have DOCP on laptops (I read that)

Hi there,
Our 3200Hz RAM is 1.2V, not sure if the one you installed is the same.
Also, to have better performance, we would suggest to use 2 exactly same capacity RAM, 8GB+8GB.
