Dear all,

For such issue, of course I will help to check one by one.

But please kindly help to verify below items first because the registration issue is most likely related to them.

And the registration only affects warranty, which is based on purchase invoice, so no need to worry too much or hurry.

  1. made a typo mistake on email when registration
  2. product registered by your family
  3. if you have a proper invoice, the product might have been sold to someone else before you, please contact the seller if you have concern about this

I have the same issue where I believe I entered a typo for my account creation and then logged out and lost the account, is there any way for me to unregister my device at the other account?

Good day.
Please help me. I registered my product after I created an ASUS account. When I logged back in, the product is not on the list of registered products. When I tried to register it again, it says "Serial Number is already registered."
