MuseTree hangs at 0% Welcome Screen

I got a brand new ProArt p16 yesterday and set it up as a "new PC".
The ASUS apps all work EXCEPT MuseTree which asks to install "Framework", and once I say yes to that it says Installing and then sits on a "Welcome to MuseTree" dialog with 0% that never changes after hours.

I've checked Task Manager and no significant CPU is used during this time.

I've restarted countless times and forced the NVidia gpu at one point based on suggestions (this involved installing Geforce Experience which was a separate "fun" challenge).

How can I unstick MuseTree? BTW, this is a VERY vanilla ProArt p16. MuseTree was literally the first thing I tried to launch on this thing before any other installs. Thanks.

I would recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling it to check if the issue is resolved.

Sadly, there was no change after reinstalling as you suggested. Same 0% Welcome screen forever.
Is there any other debugging I can do?
