asked this question on m16 subreddit too. I've had this laptop for two weeks, 0 issues until yesterday. But then this started happening (3 times in a row so far) - after I 'wake' the laptop from being idle, during me downloading a game for example, the laptop seems to work - well fans, keyboard lights and cpu does, but the screen keeps being black and unresponsive. Found few unanswered posts about this laptop on reddit so far.
