Light and color is changing while working with Zen OLED 14

Late in December I changed my 9 years old ASUS ZenBook Pro UX501VW with Windows 10, with an
ASUS OLED 14 Ultra 9-185H 32GB with Windows 11 P. The former was great and it still works fine, but its hardware is not compatible with Win11. The latter is performant, but  its displays behaves strangely. The light and color of the background is changing while working and it is very tiring on the eyes. I don't know what settings are not the right ones and cause this behavior.
I noticed the color profile, a display setting non-existent for my previous Zen.Please help me to make it preserve the natural color. For example a Jupyter Notebook has its default background as light-grey, but today it was pink. Why?
