Hi,
I bought my laptop 14 days ago on 29th April, from computer store known as "computer zone" located at Karachi, Pakistan.
I am having such hard time with ASUS drivers. Once in a few days, my laptop drivers including
- Camera
- Bluetooth
- LAN Ethernet
gets corrupt and stop working. I tried everything from uninstalling and installing drivers from ASUS website, troubleshooting etc.
This usually happens when the Windows update.
I also contacted Microsoft Windows support and they asked me to request ASUS for complete drivers.
Every time I had to do a system reset and my files were lost and software needs to be downloaded again which I use for working remotely on my job.
I am so fed up of facing this issue, and would appreciate if ASUS could just refund my purchase amount as I am still under warranty and bought this unit only two weeks ago.
PS - that chat option at ASUS is also not working.
If someone can help me out in repairing my drivers, I would appreciate it.

If you have recently purchased a laptop and the issue persists even after restoring the system and updating it to the latest version, we recommend contacting the retailer to check if a return or exchange is possible. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
