I bought a laptop ASUS TUF A15  yesterday from Alza shop Ostrava -Czech Republic on Christmas Eve and unfortunately after charging the battery to 100% it lasted for 20 minutes while we were trying to exit the BIOS menu and didn’t even get out from Bios last also ..not find windows?

If your laptop is newly purchased and cannot boot into the system properly, it is recommended to contact the dealer where you purchased it to check if a return or exchange is possible. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
