Detailed description：Keyboard back light isn't working.I saw this problem the next day of my Laptop's Delivery.I have to restart the laptop again and again to get the light back working & neither the Fan speed show any variations whenever i change the Mode from SILENT to PERFORMANCE or TURBO!!.I think i need to return this thing.

Is the backlight supposed to illuminate the keyboard letters? I can see the lighting under the keys slightly but the letters themselves don't light and are difficult to see. (new ZenBook 15 laptop)

May I have the complete model name? like UX533FD, UX534FL...
and a picture of the keyboard when your have switch the backlight to the brightest?
