Asus TUF FX505DY Hardware Reserved Memory Issue

I recently checked that only 5.9gb of memory is available out of 8gb. 2.1gb is Hardware reserved memory. I asked the friend which has the same model to check his and his laptop only used 256mb. Is there any way to fix this?
