I have an issue with my router, can anyone tell me if there is a chat box for support? Thank You. The router name is not showing up as online in my router set up page..The currently online is showing everything attached to the router, but the router itself is no longer in the list of devices online??

Press the RESET button for around 5~10 seconds until the Power LED indicator of the router starts flashing, then you could stop pressing. In the meantime, all the LED indicators of the router should be off and it's a normal phenomenon because the router is rebooting itself
