I have placed an order twice on the ASUS Zephyrus G14 (2024) black ver but both times, they were cancelled without any explanation as to why they were cancelled. I am not sure why it keeps getting cancelled and I have seen many people report this problem on numerous threads. Does anyone have a solution to this? I already tried contacting support.

It does say that it is in stock. I have also tried contacting the support via phone and they told me that it was because of security issues. Yet, I have checked in with my bank and they said everything went through fine. Not sure what's wrong.

I would recommend contacting the purchasing platform again and informing them of the result you confirmed with the bank. Ask them to verify where the issue with the order occurred. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
