Does any else find it absolutely ridiculous how hard it is to get ahold of these people, especially when you spent 800 on one of their systems. The apps don't work you can't get ahold of anyone that's not a computer, literally the worse customer service I've ever come in contact with. Handheld will not turn on and I'm still in warranty but absolutely can not get ahold of a real person.
