FX505GT WIFI poor to no internet connection

Frequency of occurrence: most of the time
Reset OS: no

Detailed description：All drivers and bios updated. Can poorly (very slow speeds) connect or connect with no internet through wifi to a router or mobile Hotspot. Other computers can connect through the same connections, so it's not router or Hotspot. Went through all faq's except for reset laptop.
Going to get a usb wifi adapter to see if that works.
Anyone else have this problem?
Can I get a replacement Intel Wireless-AC 9462 or a compatible to the motherboard better wireless adapter card?
