Hi I have currently been trying to get my Asus laptop fixed. First it let me login but then a bunch of apps I have never opened had opened up and then it completely froze. So when I googled it it had me do a hard reset the go to the biometric and I restored default and it reset my laptop now I can login but that’s all I can’t access anything. Help
