Detailed description：
- on AC power I have the 'manual' option in armory create - all OK, as I can set fans at 1600 rpm until a certain temperature
- on AC power through USB type C there is no 'manual' option. the fans cycle on/off every 10 seconds even in idle and when the temperature of the CPU is 54 degrees Celsius or lower.
I want to be able to set the fans on a constant speed because cycling on/off makes wanna throw the laptop out the window.
I do not need an armory crate update, just tell me where in the registry or config file to set it.
Or tell me how to disable the OFF possibility and keep fans always ON.
Changing to 'performance' mode does not help, as the CPU load (so, temperatures also) is low most of the time in my workflow so the fans go to on/off idiotic cycle.
