CT8 Can't connect to printer via Router USB port

When I first connected this the USB function worked awesome. Downloaded the EZprint wizard and away I went. Currently the router recognizes the printer connected to the port. Trying to print now from several laptops I get printer offline and not connected however if I run the usb cable from the router to either laptop directly it prints fine. I can only assume something on the router is blocking it?
