Cannot charge L410MA

My L410MA will not charge. When the charger is connected, the battery light flashes orange. When I start up the laptop, I see OSD notifications switching between "On Battery" and "Plugged In" continuously.

I just replaced the battery with a new one and the behaviour is the same.

I have tested the charger with a multimeter, and it's providing a solid 19V.

I have tried resetting Windows 10, with no change.

I fear that the problem may be damage to the motherboard. However, does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks

@rbcameron
According to what you described, it is possible that there is a malfunction at the connection point between the motherboard and the charger, or the charger itself may be faulty. We recommend trying to replace the charger first to confirm. If the issue persists, it is advisable to send both the laptop and charger for repair.
