Expertbook P5 battery charge threshold

I really need to have the laptop running without charging, because what you see in the picture

 

is cr*p. I use the laptop for an hour, plug it in and it charges a few percent, I do this often and it is not good for the battery and easily avoidable (theoretically), what can I do?

May I ask if you have enabled Battery Health Charging on your laptop? Has your BIOS version been updated to the latest?
If your battery cannot be charged normally, we recommend that you use MyASUS to perform a battery diagnostic as follows.

No funny questions please, I need a workaround, to have that simple easy function that's known as battery charge threshold in windows that almost everyone else has, thanks for the effort though
