Boot issue

So I accidentally clicked on restore default and now I lost my boot options what do I do

May I ask which model your laptop is? 
How to find Model Name
Are you currently stuck at the BIOS screen and unable to access the system?
Or have you previously made any manual changes to the operating system?

I just fixed it by turning the laptop over and then clicking Ctrl, alt, delete at the same time. It somehow worked. Thank you for your reply by the way.
