Asus ZenScreen MB16ACV driver installed but not working

I installed the driver. I can cycle through the menu. How do I get my MacBook Air (MacOS 10.13.6) to use the 2nd display? It's just blank and when I go to system preferences and then to "displays" I'm not seeing an option to recognize the 2nd monitor.
