Asus tuf FX505dt is overheating ( 95 - 100.c) even throttling

System: Windows 11 22000.778
Battery or AC: AC
Model: Asus TUF FX505dt
Frequency of occurrence: Always
Reset OS: Yes
Screenshot or video:
========================
Detailed description:
My laptop used to give me excellent performance during gaming but now it is reaching 95. c even on games like GTA V at low settings.
I have tried everything but still, it is overheating. It used to be around 80. C even at ultra settings.
I have changed the thermal paste twice, but still no improvement.
I have even diagnosed the system using the MyASUS app but it didn't able to identify the problem.
Even reinstall armoury crate several times

Aside from running hot, it seems to work just fine according to your screenshot, at least it doesnt throttle there.
Ill still provide some advice to lower temps significantly. First of all, due to the heatsink design being rather cheap, the pressure on the CPU isnt exacly great, this causes the CPU to not make good contact with the heatsink. You could start doing mods on it like a paperclip mod and use thick thermal paste, avoid thin ones. Paste like the Noctua HT1, coolermaster mastergel maker, IC DIamond or Prolimatech PK-3 are excellent for notebooks, avoid typical high performance paste meant for desktops such as thernal grizzly kryonaut or liquid metals.
Also make sure to check the fans and heatsink for dust gathering, many times dust likes to get trapped between fan and heatsink, choking the notebook.
