Hi Blake_ASUS,
I did exactly what you said, reinstalled Armoury Crate, and ran the diagnostic tool to check the fan, it ran just fine and displayed no errors, however after the test, the CPU temperature as displayed was 38 degrees but the
fan speed is still stuck at 4700 RPM. Please find the screenshots
for your reference.

May I know if you switch between modes, does the RPM change? or stick at 4700? or always 4700 in silent mode?
