Model: AUSUS harmon/kardon & AUSUS SimPro Dock
Frequency of occurrence: Have not been able to work

Detailed description：Hi, Im unable to get my dock to work. The Power Button is white but the Power Indicator Light is blacked out. This is the case when plugged into my laptop or unplugged. Is my dock faulty or am I doing something wrong?
